NVR no video in Internet Explorer or Firefox when connecting to the NVR throught the internet

When using internet explorer please check that port 3100 is open in the network firewall. If this port has not been opened or opened incorrectly the web browser does not show an error message you will simply get no video displayed in the web browser.

When using Firefox to connect to the NVR it requires Java, QuickTime and needs to have port 80 open correctly in the network firewall.
