LILIN Viewer Playback says Out of Range when opening playback

If you experience an ‘Playback is out of range’ error message on the LILIN Viewer mobile app when playing back from an NVR, firstly confirm via a web browser that the time you are trying to play back from is still recorded and available on the NVR and that the video plays back as expected on the NVR.

If this is the case the next thing to check is that the ‘Clock’ on the mobile device is set in ’24 Hour Mode’, if the mobile device is set in a ‘12 Hour Mode’ then you may experience this error message.
