I have forgotten / lost my device password how do i get back in to my device?

If you have forgotten a device password but can still access the menu of the device, you will need to factory reset the device. Once the device has been reset this will change the password back to the factory default.

If you have forgotten the password for your LILIN device and you can not access the device's main menu without being prompted to enter a password, you will need to contact LILIN technical support so we can help assist you to reset the password.
