Basic Alarm Features Explained

All LILIN cameras come with basic alarm features, however depending which camera you have depends on which basic alarm features are available.

Please check the specific camera data sheet for an exact list of which features are supported by each specific camera.

Motion Detection

This feature detects movement within the cameras image and can trigger an alarm ouput when motion is detected.

Face Detection

Face detection automatically detects a human face in the cameras viewable scene. Once a face has been detected an alarm output can be triggered from the camera.

Tamper Detection

Tamer detection automatically detects camera sabotage or failure. The camera can detect attempts to tamper with the camera. If something partially or completely blocks its lens or field of view, the camera will trigger an alarm output

Audio Detection

Audio detection technology can trigger an alarm output once ambient sound surpasses the pre-determined threshold.
