To control a PTZ camera using an L Series NVR you should put the camera you wish to control in full screen and on the right-hand side of the cameras image you should see a small grey PTZ joystick icon/button as shown below.
If you press this grey icon you should see it expand and show you the icons required to PTZ your camera.
