The recommended browser to access your 5A series device where possible is Internet Explorer 11. When using Internet Explorer 11 please choose the following option on connecting to the device.
If Internet Explorer 11 is not available to use, you will need to use the Netviewer software to remotely connect to your device.
You can use any web browser to initially access the device. Once you have authenticated with the device you will be given an option to download 'Netviewer' for either Windows or Apple operating systems.
Netviewer is a stand alone program available for both Windows and Apple devices so a web browser is no longer required to access the device remotely.
Using Chrome or Firefox will not allow you to view the device, only download the Netviewer software.
