How to enable the time stamp on a camera

It is possible to display a time stamp directly on a camera image, this is useful if the camera is recording to a local SD card or if the scene of the camera is particularly empty with not a lot going on within it.

To turn on the time stamp, simply log in to the camera and select 'Setup' on the top right hand side of the cameras live display.

The camera will then display a page which shows information about the camera such as MAC Address and Firmware version. Look for the 'OSD Timer' option and set this to 'Enable', this will now display the time and date on the top left hand side of the live camera image. The OSD font size can be adjusted on the same page.
