Backed up video files play back fast using Backup Manager

If you experience fast playback when using Backup Manager, you will need to disable graphics hardware acceleration.

This option is enabled or disabled from within Backup Manager by selecting ‘view’ and then clicking the ‘Hardware Graphics Acceleration’ option.

We recommend having the option unticked.
