No audio from a LILIN 720p IP camera on CMX even though the camera says it supports audio

Unfortunately the audio feature on the LILIN 720p camera's is not compatible with the audio feature on the LILIN CMX software.

The reason for no audio recording on CMX when using a LILIN 720p IP camera is the audio and video stream are split on this series of camera. CMX does not see the audio stream if it is not encapsulated with the video.

Please use the LILIN iMEGAPRO or L Series camera's when audio recording is require within LILIN's CMX Software.
