ANPR not working on CMX even thought i have purchased the licence and have my dongle installed

The ANPR software/dongle requires a special CMX unlocking code, if this has not been provided the software code can be requested from LILIN technical by filling out for form here 

You will need to install the 32bit version EVEN on a 64bit windows OS.

Please find attached a copy of the LILIN CMX ANPR software manual

Please note the ANPR is only suitable for CMX 3.6.1.106 and above.
