With CMX 3.6.2.66 you have new 'AND Logic Alarm Notification' settings. This is an alarm feature which allows you to minimise false alarm triggers by adding additional alarm requirements to be met before the alarm triggers.
In the example screenshot above, the CMX alarm will only trigger when the two 'Alarm Input Management' criteria are met, so in this example the CMX will need to see a Motion Detection alarm AND have an External I/O device trigger before the CMX will start to record video to the HDD.
This feature can be used in many different ways to help lower false alarm triggers.
