What DVD's should I use when backing up from the NVR-116?
We would recommend you use DVD-R's if backing data up on the disk. Please do not use dual layered DVD's as this media is not supported.
***USB backup is the faster method of the physical backup media, for quickest results please consider using one of the IP based backup methods***
