IP Conflict Between Devices
This issue is caused by an IP address conflict between the NVR and the video decoder, as both devices are assigned the same default IP address.
To resolve this, you can use one of the following methods:
Option 1: Change the NVR IP address
- Disconnect the video decoder from the network
- Reboot the NVR
- Once the NVR has restarted, log in and change its default IP address
- Save the new settings
- Reconnect the video decoder to the network
Option 2: Change the video decoder IP address
- Disconnect the NVR from the network
- Reboot the video decoder device
- Log in to the video decoder and change its IP address to a different value
- Save the settings
- Reconnect the NVR to the network
After completing either option, the conflict should be resolved and both devices should function normally.
