What is the correct value to use in the GOP (group of picture) setting on my LILIN iMEGAPRO series IP camera?

GOP means Group of Pictures.

This setting should ALWAYS be set to the same value as the camera's frame rate. If you are adjusting the frame rate the GOP should automatically adjust itself. If this is not the case, please adjust it manually.
