No Audio from Camera or NVR on myLILIN mobile app

If you are using the myLILIN and are not getting audio from cameras (supported models only) on the myLILIN app but can hear it on the NVR, you will need to adjust the audio configuration within the cameras.

The myLILIN app uses AAC encoding for its audio, if the camera is set to G711 u-law then you will not receive any audio on the app, but will receive audio on the NVR.


To adjust the cameras audio settings, log in to the camera and select Setup. Then select Video and then Audio Adjust. Here is where you can change the audio encoding used by the camera.

Once changed to AAC the audio should start working.
