If you are using P2P for remote connection to an NVR, please be aware that you can only use a limited amount of user accounts on the NVR.
The P2P service will only allow the highlighted users below to authenticate, if you attempt to use User04 - User12, the app will not authenticate with the NVR and no video will be provided.
When using P2P, you do not need each user to have their own dedicated account on the NVR.
