If you want to export an existing configuration from an NVR, follow the steps below.
Web Browser
If you are logged in to the NVR through a web browser, go to System --> Maintenance.
Under the maintenance menu you will see Export Settings, click the Export button and select where you would like to save the file on your PC.
HDMI/VGA Output
If you are using the NVR via a local monitor or mouse, the process is the same, but a USB stick will be required for the NVR to output the file too. Once again, navigate to System --> Maintenance. Insert a formatted USB stick in to any USB port on the NVR and click Export.
A confirmation should show across the screen once the process is complete.
