When backing up footage from a LILIN NVR, you will need to choose which file type to use for your backup.
The most noticeable difference between the two backup types are
AVI
.AVI backups includes a video date & timestamp added by the NVR when the file is converted. This is a good choice if you do not have timestamps enabled on the camera output
MP4
.MP4 does not have any additional information added on backup.
