PTZ Speed Dome Lens Reset if not functioning correctly

If you experience an issue with a HD PTZ camera not panning or zooming correctly, please follow the steps below to reset the cameras lens module.

First, simply log in to the PTZ camera and enter the ‘Setup’ menu.

Under ‘Setup’ select PTZ from the red menu bar.

Now you will see a menu bar on the left hand side, select ‘Advance’.

From the PTZ Advance menu, select ‘Lens Advance’.

Within the 'Lens Advance' menu you will see a ‘Lens Initialize’ option, click this. This will force the lens to reset itself by completing a full sweep of the lenses capability.

Once the sweep is complete, try to manually adjust the lens, everything should be functioning correctly once again.
