Can the camera module cable be cut or amended?

The module cable can not be amended or adjusted in any way. Amending the cable will render the camera module inoperable.

Lengthening or shortening the cable will change the resistance meaning the camera module will no longer operate.

Any amendments will invalidate the warranty of the product.
