If you log in to a Z5R or P5R and experience a poor quality image, this may be being caused by that particular web browser itself and may not reflect the actual quality of the video stream being outputting by the camera.

The images below were taken using different web browsers at the exact same time. You can see there is a clear difference in the image quality being displayed between the different web browsers.
Please note the image displayed on the NVR is clear and crisp just like the IE11 browser image.
