No longer receiving push notification from an IP Camera

If you experience an issue where push notification being sent directly from cameras has stopped working, please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1) Download and update the camera to the latest firmware from the link below:

2) Once the camera firmware has been updated, log in to the camera and navigate to the follow menu:

Setup --> Advance Mode --> Event --> Push Service Setting

Click the 'Reset' button as shown in the image below. This will reset the push notification certificate and push notifications should start to work once again.
