If you do not get a video output when connecting a monitor to the VGA connector on the rear of the DVR, please confirm you have used the correct VGA connection on the rear of the unit.
Please use the connectors as highlighted in the image below:
No VGA Output on a DHD6104 / DHD6018 / DHD6216 / DHD5104 / DHD5108 / DHD5216 (Hybrid)
