If you have been asked to download a trace log from an NVR, please follow the steps below.
1) Log in to the NVR and go to the System Menu and then the Maintenance Tab.
2) Under the maintenance tab you will see a button labelled ‘Tools’, click this.
3) You will see a pop window displaying all the saved trace logs. You may have multiple showing in this list.
4) Download the log from the day before and the day that the equipment displayed an issue. To download a log, simply right click on the log entry and select Save As.
5) Email or attach a copy of the downloaded logs to your technical support ticket and your LILIN representative will receive these for analysis.
